Aida Reva built Unlearn Academy after years at the exact intersection this platform was made for — children's inner lives, parents' need for real tools, and the frustrating gap between cold academic knowledge and warm but empty content.
"I built Unlearn Academy because I was tired of choosing between two worlds. On one side: clinical, cold, academic content that forgot the human being entirely. On the other: spiritual fluff that asked me to believe without questioning.
I wanted something in between. Courses rooted in real psychology, real neuroscience, real experience — but that also understood that we are more than our diagnoses and data points. That raising a child is sacred work. That healing yourself heals the next generation. That thinking freely is one of the most radical things a person can do.
That is what this platform is. A quiet, serious, honest place to grow.

Where it started
Before this, there was a child who needed stillness.
Unlearn Academy didn't start with a business plan. It started with Barnmeditation — a guided meditation app for children between 3 and 12, built on the belief that children deserve tools for their inner world just as much as their outer one.
The app became the seed. The conviction that children's inner lives matter — and that parents are their most powerful guide — became the root of everything that followed.
Everything here grows from that same place.
