Refund policy.
We'd rather you loved the course. If it wasn't what you expected, here's how we handle it — plainly, and without friction.
14-day money-back window
If a course wasn't what you expected, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided you've completed less than 30% of the course content. This applies to most individual courses purchased on the platform.
How to request a refund
Send us a message via our contact page with the email you used at checkout and a brief reason for the request. We'll review and respond within 3 business days. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
Subscriptions
Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time from your profile page. Cancellation stops future renewals — your access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial subscription periods.
What's not refundable
- Courses where more than 30% of the content has been consumed
- Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase
- Courses that were free or purchased with a 100% discount code
- Repeated refund requests by the same customer indicating misuse of the policy
Creator-specific policies
Some creators may offer extended or stricter refund windows for their specific courses. Where this is the case, the creator's policy is shown on the course page and takes precedence over this default policy.
