Refund policy.
Honest and short. Digital content is delivered the moment you pay, so all purchases are final – with a few sensible exceptions below.
All sales are final
Courses, bundles and digital downloads on Unlearn Academy are delivered instantly and in full at the moment of purchase. Because the content cannot be returned in any meaningful sense, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed.
By completing checkout you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately and you expressly waive your right of withdrawal for digital content under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU).
When we will make it right
We'll always step in if something genuinely went wrong on our end:
- A technical issue prevents you from accessing what you bought
- You were charged twice for the same item
- The content delivered is materially different from what was advertised
In those cases, write to us via the contact page within 14 days and we'll fix it – usually by restoring access, and if that's not possible, by issuing a refund to your original payment method.
Subscriptions
Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time from your profile page. Cancellation stops future renewals – your access continues until the end of the paid period. We don't pro-rate refunds for partial periods.
Creator-specific policies
Individual creators may choose to offer a more generous refund policy on their own courses. Where they do, it's shown clearly on the course page and takes precedence over this default policy.
