Privacy Policy

When you create an account we store your name, email, and a password hash. As you use the platform we record your enrollments, lesson progress, and orders. That's the core of it.

To give you access to the courses you've enrolled in, to remember where you left off, to send receipts, and to make sure creators get paid correctly. Operational, not curious.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details – Stripe handles that. We keep a record of the transaction so we can issue refunds and reconcile creator payouts.

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in. With your consent, we use PostHog (EU-hosted, in Frankfurt) to understand which pages are working and which aren't – pageviews and a handful of named events like sign-ups and checkouts. No session recordings, no autocapture of every click, and no third-party advertising trackers, ever. You can change your choice any time from the cookie banner.

We'll email you about your orders, course updates, and the occasional thoughtful note from us. You can unsubscribe from anything that isn't strictly transactional, any time.

We don't sell your data. We share it only with the services required to run the platform, each under their own privacy terms:

• Supabase – database, authentication, and file storage (EU region).
• Lovable Cloud – application hosting and edge functions.
• Stripe – payment processing and creator payouts.
• Lovable Cloud Mail – transactional and account email delivery.
• PostHog – product analytics, EU-hosted, only with your consent.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or delete your account at any time. Write to hello@unlearnacademy.app and we'll respond within a few days.

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account we remove your personal data, except what we're required to keep for accounting and legal reasons (such as invoices).

Unlearn Academy is intended for adults. The Barnmeditation app for children has its own separate privacy policy described in the app stores.

If we change anything material, we'll let you know by email or in-app notice before it takes effect. The full terms of use are on the terms page.
